Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your class less than 24 hours before it starts, you will be charged for that class but be given the opportunity to retake that class within a one week period. This then allows another member to be offered a class spot.
Health Fund Rebates
From mid-2026, eligible clients will be able to access new health fund rebates for Pilates at our studio. In addition, clients with a valid Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM), formerly known as the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) will be able to use allocated sessions towards Pilates exercise therapy where appropriate. We recommend checking with your individual health fund and GP to confirm your eligibility and level of cover, and I will be happy to help you with the class booking and claiming process.
Mat Classes
1 hour duration, up to 9 clients per instructor.
A class on a floor mat, using aids such as gym balls, weights and magic circles. See above timetable for gentle class. All other classes can be as challenging or as gentle as you like. Your instructor will make modifications or progressions for you if required, when necessary.
Roll & Release
Focusing solely on Muscular/Fascial release using tennis ball release techniques, stretching and meditation.
Equipment Classes
1 hour duration, up to 5 clients per instructor.
A more specific class tailored to suit your individual requirements. A smaller ratio of client to instructor. This one hour class sees the client on our beautiful Pilates equipment. Great for pregnant clients and those with specific injuries, or great if you want an intense, strong workout.
As with our mat classes, these equipment classes can be as gentle or challenging as you require ... Beware it's addictive!
Before commencing any equipment class, clients are required to undertake an initial assessment and one-on-one class.
Mums and Bubs
While we have no specific mums and bubs classes on the schedule presently, mums are welcome to bring their newborns to classes. All of our instructors are fully qualified to work with pre and post-natal women.
Private Classes
Our 1:1 Private Sessions offer a calm, engaging, supportive space focused entirely on you. Each class is thoughtfully tailored to your body, your goals, and where you are at. With focused guidance and attention to detail, we work to build strength, improve mobility, and help you move with confidence
